Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Read the Risk Disclaimer. Questions: support@algovaults.com.
1. Agreement and software covered
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your personal access to and use of ArcisTrade's hosted software, AutoTrade interfaces, analytics, system configuration and trading automation functionality (the "Software"), whether supplied through a paid plan, defined-duration licence, free demo or an eligible partner offer. The Software is accessed primarily as an online service; no ownership of source code or strategy algorithms is transferred to you. The licensor is the ArcisTrade service supplier identified in the relevant purchase checkout and receipt and in the published operator disclosures. "ArcisTrade", "we" and "us" refer to that supplier. This EULA operates together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If a mandatory consumer law conflicts with this EULA, the mandatory protection prevails.
2. Grant of licence
While your account and applicable access entitlement remain valid, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Software for your own lawful trading activities or other internal use expressly permitted by the subscribed plan. This is a time-limited right tied to the access term shown in your offer and checkout, not a sale or perpetual licence. Demo access may carry additional functional limits.
3. User accounts and permitted devices
You must use your own authorised ArcisTrade account, protect access credentials and follow reasonable security requirements. You may access the Software from supported devices, but you may not share a single-user account among unrelated traders, rent it out, sell credentials or bypass account, system or capacity limits. Organisation or white-label arrangements require a separate written agreement.
4. Live trading permission and user control
Live trading functionality is disabled unless you connect an eligible broker route and activate the relevant live functionality. By enabling a system, you instruct the Software to transmit or facilitate trade orders through the authorised connection within the parameters you select, including risk level, system selection, sizing, allocation and any platform-supported limits. You should verify the configuration before enabling execution and monitor it while active. Arcis Intelligence and portfolio-allocation functions use rules, historical statistics and other information to suggest or configure allocations based on your inputs. Scores and optimisations are fallible and are not a guarantee of suitability or profitability. A pause, disconnection or account cancellation may not close positions already open with the broker. You must manage pending orders and positions directly with your broker when necessary.
5. Licensed content and intellectual property
The Software, source and object code, underlying trading-system implementations, models, algorithms, datasets licensed to us, design assets, graphics, interfaces, written documentation, trademarks and updates are owned by ArcisTrade or the applicable rights holders. Except for the express access right above, no rights are granted by implication. Performance data about your own account remains subject to your privacy and account rights, while underlying proprietary strategy designs and platform metrics remain protected.
6. Prohibited actions
Except to the extent mandatory law expressly permits, you may not copy or distribute the Software; extract, reconstruct or reverse engineer proprietary code or trade logic; sublicense, rent, resell or commercially exploit access; remove ownership notices; bypass technical controls; access systems without permission; use malicious automation; interfere with security or availability; or use the Software to violate securities, derivatives, market-abuse, sanctions or other laws. You may not misrepresent demo, tracked or published results as audited or personal live performance.
7. Third-party systems and licences
Supported brokers, copier routes, market-data feeds, payment providers, authentication services and connectivity platforms operate under separate contracts and may change their technical requirements. You must have the required authorisations and permissions and obey their rules. This EULA does not grant rights to third-party software or financial accounts, or require any broker to accept or execute an order.
8. Updates, modifications and availability
We may update the Software to correct defects, improve security, reflect broker or legal changes or alter supported systems. Some updates may be mandatory for continued safe access. Material changes to purchased functionality will be handled subject to the accepted product description, your statutory remedies and the Refund Policy. We do not warrant continuous operation through internet, broker or market outages; where law requires reasonable care or service conformity, those duties remain.
9. Data and confidentiality
Your use of the Software may involve transmitting settings, account identifiers, execution messages, balances and trade histories through approved integrations. Processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Keep proprietary platform materials, credentials and confidential integration information secure; nothing here prevents you from retaining your own records or exercising lawful data access and portability rights.
10. Demo, simulation and performance limitations
Demo funds are virtual and cannot be withdrawn. Simulated fills can differ from live execution due to liquidity, slippage, spreads, swaps, commissions, price gaps, delays, order rejects and margin rules. Backtests, forward tests, analytics, risk metrics, system scores and AI allocations are based on assumptions and historical information and do not assure future outcomes. Losses, including substantial losses, are possible even when risk controls are enabled.
11. No software warranty beyond legal rights
The Software is supplied with the features and quality commitments stated at purchase and those required by law. We do not promise a profit level, uninterrupted connectivity, an absence of all defects or compatibility with every broker. Nothing in this EULA removes mandatory obligations to supply digital services with legally required quality, care, conformity or remedies.
12. Liability boundaries
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for market losses attributable solely to price movements, independently selected trading risk, broker custody or execution, or third-party outages beyond our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, death or personal injury due to negligence where that exclusion is unlawful, nor any non-excludable consumer rights. Each party remains responsible for its own breach and conduct under applicable law.
13. Duration and termination
The licence starts when access is granted and expires at the end of the purchased entitlement or lawful earlier termination. You may cancel recurring payments using the relevant checkout controls. We may suspend or terminate licences for material misuse, fraudulent access, serious security threats, prohibited use or legal requirements, subject to applicable notice, fairness and consumer rights. On expiry or termination you must stop accessing protected functionality. You remain responsible for checking live broker positions and disabling broker-side automation separately; Software termination does not automatically liquidate open trades.
14. Consumer rights, disputes and changes
Refunds, subscription cancellation and digital-service remedies are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the mandatory laws applicable to your purchase. Contact support@algovaults.com with EULA or technical complaints. We may amend this EULA prospectively with appropriate notice for material changes; changes will not automatically remove rights under an existing paid access period. A jurisdiction-specific governing-law clause should be confirmed by the seller before publication; mandatory local consumer protections still apply.
